How can I give feedback of my stay?

How can I organise a late check-out?
If you need to extend your check-out time, please speak to Reception who will let you know of any additional charges.
 
What are the check-in/out times?
Check-in time at all the properties is 2pm and check-out is 11am.  If you require a late check out please enquire with the hotel directly.
 

What happens if I need to cancel?
Online bookings
Any bookings made online need to be cancelled online. This can be done via www.barcelo-hotels.co.uk/book/cancel.  Simply choose the hotel you are cancelling  and search for your booking using your booking reference and surname.

Telephone bookings
Call Central Reservations on 0800 652 8413 or, if the booking was made through the hotel, contact the hotel directly.

What are the costs if I am staying on my own?
A single supplement may apply - the costs will be shown when checking availability online.

Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?
Yes a supplement will probably apply depending on the package you have booked - please enquire directly with the hotel.

What Spa treatments are available in the hotels?
Please have a look at our Beauty & Fitness section on the website. Special Spa Offers are available to book.
 
Can I bring my dog?
Many hotels accept dogs which can stay in your room for £15. If the dog causes any damage or soiling, an additional housekeeping charge may be incurred. Guide dogs are permitted at all hotels.
 
What do I do if I have a special request?
Every effort will be made to accommodate any special requests that you might have, however cannot always be guaranteed.
 
How can I book an event?
Please contact one the hotel's Meeting & Events department directly, who will be able to help. 
 
Is room service available?
Yes, room service is available in all of our hotels.  A room service delivery charge will apply. The charge will also apply if you decide to have breakfast in your room.
 
What are the disabled facilities in the hotels?
We endeavour to provide disabled facilities at all our properties. Most hotels are accessible and have bedrooms for disabled users.  To find out more on the specifc facilities available please contact the hotel directly.
 
How can I make a restaurant reservation?
You can either contact the hotel restaurant before your stay, make your reservation at reception on arrival or complete the restaurant booking form found on the hotels dining page.
 
What are the car parking costs?
Car parking is available when you arrive, subject to availability at most hotels. Charges may apply, and if you find a car park is full, you will be given directions to the nearest alternative site.
 
Can I book special, discounted corporate, or group rates online?
Up to 5 rooms may be booked online through our booking system, to book larger groups then please contact the hotel directly.
 
Does Barcelo offer the same rates and availability on the website as at Central Reservations?
Best Available Rates are available online and via Central Reservations. Special Advance Purchase rates are available online.

What is on offer at the Health Clubs?
As a guest at the hotel, you can use all the facilities each club has to offer. There are 18 clubs across the UK, each with a wide range of well kept facilities.

You can typically find the following services open to you:
• Swimming pool
• Gym with cardio-vascular and weight training equipment
• A sauna and a steam room

In addition some clubs also offer hairdressers, tennis courts, beauty treatment rooms, tanning, squash courts, aerobics, yoga studios and personal training. All our instructors are fully qualified and can provide you with advice and tuition. So if you’re following a strict regime, there’s no need to lose a day’s training just because you’re away from home.
