Enjoy the freshest ingredients when you dine at a Barceló hotel. Seasonal menus are created using local produce, where possible, and reflect today’s lifestyles. From the traditional to the contemporary, our meals are crafted with authenticity, passion and pride, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Superb culinary cuisine has been recognised at some restaurants where they have been awarded
prestigious Rosettes from the AA for an outstanding gastronomic experience.

Selection of distinguished wines from both the Old and New Worlds, complex yet subtle in fl avour, are
available in our restaurants. You’ll also find a selection of specialist Spanish wines.

Working with one of the UK’s top 20 Chef’s, we have created menus that are bursting with seasonal flavours & colours. Making a meal of every moment has influenced these dishes for you to savour.

Breakfast

There’s no better way to start the day than with a Barceló breakfast. Whether it’s a lazy meal whilst musing over the morning papers, or a hearty start to a busy day of sightseeing or shopping. Indulge and graze from the a la carte hot breakfast or go continental with fresh fruit, pastries, a range of cereals, cheese and cold meats. If your bed is too comfortable to leave, have breakfast delivered to you and enjoy it in bed.

Dinner

We source the freshest, quality, seasonal ingredients from all over the UK and the world to produce a variety of delicious, mouth-watering dishes, which have been put together with Phil Vickery, one of the UK’s top 20 Chefs. Sit back in good company whilst we look after you and excite you with our menu’s.

Afternoon Tea

A British tradition well worth maintaining. Quite simply, crumbly, freshly baked scones with an assortment of conserves, real clotted cream and a variety of Twining Teas.We also offer a Barcelo high tea, which also comes with assorted finger sandwiches. Prices start at just £15 for two of you.

Children

We offer a special Children’s Menu with wholesome, healthy choices attractively presented. Each meal comes with a Really Light Ribena drink. Prices are competitive, with a main course only from £6.95, two courses from £7.95 or three courses  from £8.95, and there are colour-in place mats too for extra mealtime fun. If you are staying over night then children can enjoy a complimentary pack from Angus & Friends Kids Club.

Meeting & Events Food

Morning and afternoon breaks consist of naughty and nice sugars to keep you going – fresh fruit, some treats and a warm savoury option. For lunches, Barcelo offer 3 options;

• Restaurant buffet lunches – a natural break for delegates, whether it’s a 30 minute pit stop or an hour full stop, we tailor this to the needs of your event. This features hot and cold options including feature salads and deli style sandwiches which are create and customised to your requirements.
• Working lunches – de livered on time, providing choice without any distraction to let you keep going without losing energy.
• “Lap Top” lunches – a take away option. Enjoy in our grounds or get on the road if you are short of time.

For 1 day conferences without an overnight stay, the new Arrival Menu is a late breakfast with a contemporary twist with options such as fruit bruschettas and breakfast kebabs as well as favourites such as bacon sandwiches and croissants. This ensures everyone’s day gets off to the best start and knowing how important start times are, provides an added incentive to arrive early!
