Membership Request Cancellation

We value your feedback. If you wish to request cancellation of your Barceló Health & Leisure Club membership, we would like to take the opportunity to find out why so that we can improve our service levels. 

We would appreciate it if you could complete the request form below and we will contact you within 14 days upon receipt of the completed form to discuss your feedback. At this point we will also be able to confirm any outstanding issues such as final payments.

Terms & Conditions:
Membership may be terminated by the member on giving at least 30 days notice to expire on, or any day after, the first anniversary of the date of joining or once the minimum contract length has been met. Once an online membership request form has been completed, members will be required to visit the leisure club to sign for cancellation.
