• Check in from 2pm
• 3-course dinner with coffee in our Lakeside Restaurant.

SATURDAY
• 3 course gala dinner with coffee
• Red carpet on arrival
• A photographer to take your photo on arrival (guests to purchase the pictures on the night)
• Printed Table Plan
• Raffle prize from the hotel
• Raffle table with raffle drum
• White linen table cloths and napkins
• Function room hire
• Disco until 1am.

SUNDAY
• Check out 11.00am
• Late check out at 2pm for the President & Treasurer.
