Renowned authors talk about their work and join the debates at the Althorp Literary Festival. It is held at the stunning Althorp Estate, home to the Spencer family for nearly 500 years. In 2009, Alistair Campbell is amongst the guest speakers.

The festival has continued to attract big names over the years and is entirely in keeping with the history and heritage of the house, which boasts one of the finest private collections of books in Europe.
