The Brasserie offers a relaxed dining experience. Serving dishes with a European influence, offering the old favourites alongside delicately flavoured pasta dishes and healthy salads.
In 2009 Sean Bannister joined as Executive Head Chef at Barceló Hinckley Island Hotel. Sean has over 12 years experience producing top quality cuisine in large event venues across the Midlands. Spanish and French favourites add a mediterranean twist to the Brasserie menus daily.
Daily Service Times
Lunch: 12pm - 2pm
Dinner: 7pm - 10pm
Piazza Bar
Light, airy contemporary bar with a large terrace area. Coffee lounge and bistro during in the day, and a wine bar at night. The perfect place to catch up with friends and colleages.
Triumph Bar
Barcelo and the local motor cycle manufacturer came together to introduce the stunning concept bar, where motorcycles and art come together. The Triumph Bar features a full size original Triumph motorcycle, which regular guest will notice changes on a regular basis!
Piazza Bar is open daily 9am - 10pm
Triumph Bar is open daily 5pm - midnight
