Christmas Eve
Arrive from 2pm and familiarise yourself with this beautiful inn situated at the heart of Broadway. The evening starts with a welcome drinks reception with the hotel team and fellow guests. You’ll then be called into the Great Hall for a delicious four-course meal with entertainment from local choir singers, the Lygonian Carollers. Transport will be arranged to and from Midnight Mass should you choose to go.

Christmas Day
Merry Christmas! Open your presents and then make your way to the full English and continental breakfast buffet. The morning belongs to you to explore the grounds or de-stress in the Spa. Christmas Day lunch starts at noon with a drinks reception before a six course lunch in the Great Hall. Relax after lunch in the Torrington Room to the Queen’s speech or retire to the lounge. The day ends with the Chef’s grand buffet dinner.

Boxing Day
After breakfast, why not stroll around Broadway or explore the surrounding areas to work up an appetite for the sumptuous meal that awaits your return? In the evening join us for a three-course black-tie dinner followed by dancing in the Russell Room.

A luxury two or three-night New Year break. Where better to welcome in 2009?

Tuesday 30th December
Meet the team and other guests at this evening’s champagne welcome reception, before you make your way to the Great Hall for a mouth-watering four-course meal.

Wednesday 31st December
Today should be all about pampering you. Indulge at the breakfast buffet and then take the day at your pace. A drive into the Cotswolds, a stroll around Broadway or a beauty therapy in the Spa. The evening’s black-tie event starts with a champagne drinks reception at 7.00pm. Dinner is served in the Great Hall and the Lygon Room where you’ll indulge in a seven-course feast. Afterwards, live singing and dancing to Cover Story will see in 2009 and have you dancing until 1am. (Dinner is included on the 2nd night for guests arriving on the 31st.)

Thursday 1st January
Happy New Year! Early risers can dine from the breakfast buffet from 8.00am. Those who want a lazy day can enjoy the brunch served from 10.00am.

Guaranteeing Your Booking
To guarantee your Christmas party booking please send a £10.00 deposit for each guests within 10 days of making your party night reservation. Your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks or accommodation. The balance should be settled four weeks before your event. To guarantee your New Year package you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit. All accommodation must be fully prepaid at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. You can pay this by Access/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Switch or a cheque (made payable to Barceló UK Hotels).
