♥ Garra Rufa Fish Spa ♥
The Garra Rufa Fish, known as the ’Doctor Fish’, were discovered in the early 1800′s in coastal rivers in southern Turkey. During the treatment these little fish painlessly suck the dead skin off your feet with their delicate mouths, leaving them soft, smooth and refreshed; once you experience the doctor fish pedicure, your feet will never be the same. This treatment can also stimulate acupuncture points helping to regulate the nervous system, relax the body and release fatigue.

Eastern Serene Massage (45 minutes) - £150 per couple
The Eastern Serene Massage is designed for couples or friends and is performed in our double treatment room. It concentrates on the back, neck, shoulders and scalp using a carefully selected blend of influences including Ayurvedic, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, Thai and Acupressure techniques to soothe and relax both mind and body. The treatment includes:

• Dry skin brushing to back and arms (Ayurvedic)
• Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage using a Thai blended oil 
• Acupressure to the spine and scapula 
• Thai Coconut compress to spine and scapula Acupressure to the scalp.

The price includes a Decléor Aromessence Spa Relax Body Oil (worth £42) to take away with you.

As a new member you will begin your fitness journey immediately with an induction, followed by a personalised programme which will be tailored to suit your needs and ensure you reach your fitness goals. After your initial 6 week programme, you will have a review with one of our trained fitness consultants to track your progress, after which you will be invited to a results day. Our Personal Trainer is also available to give you "one to one" advice whenever you need it.
