Christmas Eve
Get up and enjoy breakfast from the great buffet. Take a brisk walk into the town centre or hop onto a tram. Afternoon tea is served before a choice of activities for adults and children. The Salvation Army Band will greet you for dinner, a delicious three course meal will top off your day, followed by top swing vocalist Howard Wing and a disco until late.

Christmas Day
Santa pops into the hotel with gifts for the children after breakfast. Enjoy a leisurely morning before indulging in your Christmas Day lunch with live music. While away the afternoon with local historian raconteur Barry Band and enjoy a humorous talk on ‘Comedy Greats of Blackpool’. A sumptuous hot and cold buffet in the evening awaits you with relaxing music to wind down the day.

Boxing Day
Treat yourself to a lie-in, brunch is served until noon. Why not ask us to arrange tickets to the Christmas pantomime in the Winter Gardens*? Alternatively stay at the hotel and take advantage of the in-house cinema or a selection of board games before afternoon tea. A gala dinner with live music from the infamous Joe Wildy and his show band, and a disco is the highlight event this evening. The food is mouth-watering too.

Saturday 27th December
If you are staying an extra day, take a trip to the sales in town or visit the Health and Leisure Club and ask for a personal training session? A light rolling lunch is available at the hotel followed by a candlelit gourmet dinner to end your visit with us. We’ll bid you a fond farewell in the morning and make sure you’ve made a provisional booking for next year!

Monday 29th December
Ideal for both family parties and groups of grown-ups looking for a giggle, arrive today to a refreshing glass of sherry with mince pies and soft drinks for the kids. Dinner is a choice carvery buffet with live music.

Tuesday 30th December

Make sure you’re back at the hotel for a lazy afternoon tea and an opportunity to listen to the humorous stories of Blackpool’s history from local raconteur Barry Band. Your three-course dinner is served in the Lancastrian Suite followed by top swing vocalist Howard Wing and a disco until late.

New Year’s Eve
Don’t forget to pamper yourself today, so that you look your best for the night’s events. There are a range of treatments available in the beauty salon. The New Year’s Eve gala dinner is an extravagant black-tie bash strictly for over 16’s only. It includes a champagne reception, then a lavish six-course meal and entertainment from the fabulous Joe Wildy and his showband. For families, there’s an equally fantastic buffet for dinner with a wide selection of meats, salads and tempting dishes. A lively disco and party games add to the merriment of the evening. Something for everyone to enjoy and herald the start of 2009. Brunch until noon means you can take it steady in the morning. To guarantee your Christmas party booking please send a £10.00 deposit for each guests within 10 days of making your party night reservation. Your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks or accommodation. The balance should be settled four weeks before your event. To guarantee your New Year package you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit. All accommodation must be fully prepaid at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. You can pay this by Access/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Switch or a cheque (made payable to Barceló UK Hotels).
