Christmas Eve
A welcoming Derbyshire afternoon tea awaits your arrival. Settle in and prepare for a sparkling drinks reception with traditional music provided by our local brass band. Enjoy an exquisite evening dinner with live entertainment. Hot chocolate, whisky and mince pies are served at midnight for those returning from local mass.

Christmas Day
Begin the morning with a Bucks Fizz breakfast. Take your time opening presents or relax with a stroll into Buxton. If you are feeling energetic you could use the hotel’s Health & Leisure Club for a work out or a refreshing swim. A visit from Santa Claus will delight the children as you settle down to a traditional Christmas lunch. Relax in the afternoon before the appetising evening buffet. The Christmas fun continues into the night with live entertainment.

Boxing Day
Enjoy a leisurely start to Boxing Day with our delicious A relaxing Christmas treat brunch. A mystery sightseeing tour is planned for the morning, leaving the afternoon free to explore the area*. We wish a fond farewell to those of you leaving us today.

For guests staying another night you will have time to relax and prepare for the highlight of your stay, our black-tie
five-course Gala Dinner with live entertainment and DJ. 

*Seats for the mystery tour are limited and must be booked in advance.

Saturday 27th December

Before saying farewell enjoy a filling English breakfast to prepare you for your journey home.

A sparkling New Year

Tuesday 30th December
Arrive in the afternoon and take full advantage of the Health & Leisure Club facilities or visit the beauty salon in
preparation for the New Year’s Eve party. In the evening join us for a sumptuous dinner followed by live entertainment.

New Year’s Eve
Take time to explore the surrounding Peak District, enjoy a walk or visit one of the nearby picturesque Derbyshire villages. Join the rest of our guests for Derbyshire afternoon tea. Start the New Year celebrations with a sparkling drinks reception. Our famous black-tie gala dinner is the highlight of the evening where you can dance the night away to our spectacular live band and resident DJ. A traditional piper brings in the New Year in style. Seating for this is on shared tables. We regret that children under 18 are not permitted at the gala dinner. Children’s meals can be arranged through
room service. Babysitters are available through Safehands Network. Our reservations team are only too happy to help with arranging care for children.

New Year’s Day
Have a leisurely start to the morning with breakfast served until 11am. We wish a fond farewell to those who leave us today, but if you are staying over on New Year’s Day then our delicious dinner and excellent entertainment will provide the perfect finish to your New Year festivities.

Guaranteeing Your Booking
To guarantee your Christmas party booking please send a £10.00 deposit for each guests within 10 days of making your party night reservation. Your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks or accommodation. The balance should be settled four weeks before your event.

To guarantee your Christmas or New Year package you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Full payment will be taken by the 30th November 2008. 50% of the booking is refundable if the booking is cancelled by 30th November 2008. No refunds after the 30th November 2008. You can pay this by Access/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Switch or a cheque (made payable to Barceló UK Hotels).
