The hotel has a licence to hold civil wedding ceremonies for up to 200 guests and 148 bedrooms, so your whole day can be spent at this unique venue. We have six beautiful function rooms to host your special day holding up to 300 guests with each room offering its own sense of grandeur. The Tilden Suite, located in the converted Chapel, with its striking dome roof and original features from the 18th Century is an ideal setting for parties up to 300 and the classically styled William Turner Suite offers ornate chandeliers and French windows, which open out onto the Courtyard for drinks receptions on the patio.

As well as an exquisite interior and stunning grounds, the hotel also offers an 18 hole Championship golf course. The Health Club includes a swimming pool for your guests to enjoy, and beauty rooms to ensure you feel relaxed and pampered on your special day. Only a short distance from the M56 and M60, 12 miles from Manchester Airport and 7 miles from Macclesfield Train Station, arriving at the hotel couldn’t be easier for you and your guests.

Within the Victorian country house, we have a choice of rooms, each adding its own unique ambiance to your function. The elegant William Turner Suite and Woodford and Brabazon rooms lend opulence and grandeur to your banquet or private dinner party, while stained-glass windows and original stonework make the octagonal Tilden Suite, formerly the chapel, an inspiring setting for larger and livelier social events. We know you’ll have a million things to think about, so our experienced team will be on hand to help and advise from initial enquiry to final farewells.

Staying over means the moment doesn’t have to end with the last dance or glass of Champagne. All our rooms within the Victorian house are light, airy and comfortable, with traditional décor and all the comforts you’d expect from a four-star hotel.
