Boasting 2 AA Rosettes, The Fairways restaurant at Barceló Troon Marine Hotel serves modern Scottish cuisine. Head Chef Kevin McGillivray is the current President of the Federation of Chefs Scotland, and is well renowed for his mouth watering Scottish delicacies.

Fairways overlooks the 18th hole of the famous Royal Troon Golf Course with spectacular views over the Clyde Firth onto the Isle of Arran.
