In January 2010 renowned Scottish chef Kevin McGillivray took over the kitchens at the hotel. As current President of the Federation of Chefs Scotland Kevin is renowned for his attention to detail and mouth watering Scottish delicacies. Using only the finest local and seasonal ingredients Kevin is transforming this hotel into a destination for food lovers.
Fairways Restaurant overlooks the 18th Fairway at the famous Royal Troon Golf Club and out over the Clyde Firth onto the Isle of Arran.
