“If you’re looking for a quiet weekend away then this hotel is perfect. We wanted a nice relaxing break and this was exactly what we got. Everything about our break was stress & hassle free, from the moment we booked to arriving at the hotel. The beauty salon is ideal for being pampered and they offer treatments to suit everyone, even my partner! It is recommended to book in advance as they get very busy, but it is well worth it. The swimming pool is a great size and the gym well equipped. The restaurant offers a variety of food to suit all tastes. The food is well presented and cooked to perfection. The staff are all really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They can recommend everything from shopping to eating out, with clear directions of where to go. The bedroom was a nice size and had everything we needed.”

"We stayed here on the Valentines package so had dinner, bed and breakfast all at a reasonable rate. Included in the package was a free glass of champagne and some chocolates - which we thought was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice. Very good leisure facilities, which we made full use of. And the food was magnificent. The staff were also extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend."

 “Found a good deal on the hotel's website and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Nice quiet room, overlooking the courtyard. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was partly self-service (cold) but cooked eggs, bacon etc. served at the table. Dinner was three courses from set menu -good variety. Hotel was very busy on both nights - staff coped admirably! Hotel's location is pleasant, though the building is a labyrinth of stairs and corridors. Those guests with mobility problems need to request rooms near reception to avoid the stairs, as there are no lifts. This is our fourth Barceló (formerly Paramount) break and, providing the price is right, the chain delivers it's product without disappointment. The Leisure Club is worth joining, as membership will add value to your stay.”
