The Jane Austen Centre is located in a Georgian house in Bath with a permanent exhibition about the classical writer. Here visitors can discover Bath in her time and the impact it had on her life and her writing.

There is also a shop which sells a wide selection of her works, as well as related books, CDs, videos and cassettes.

Every year in September there is a Jane Austen Festival, with events at the centre and around the city.
