The Eden Brasserie and bar is located in the vaulted cellars of the Manor House.  It offers a distinctive contempory menu in a relaxed atmosphere. The terrace offers al-fresco dining in breathtaking surroundings (weather permitting).

The Georgian Room
The Georgian Room offers formal dining on the ground floor of the Manor House, overlooking the valley. Awarded 2 AA Rosettes, you will experience attentive service and a creative menu from our Head Chef Darren Lewis, and his team Phillip, Kirsty, Mahindra, Brenden and Anthony, our Barceló Apprentice Chef Academy chef.

Swansea Born Head Chef Darren has been cooking since the age of 14. His 18 years experience is both national and international, with much of Darren’s training in classic European cooking. Over the last 5 years, Darren believes his emphasis of great British food & seasonality has played a big part when designing dishes and incorporating both British classic cooking with modern European cuisine.

Dress Code: Smart/Casual.
Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to eat in the Georgian Room.

The Eden Bar & Brasserie
Modern and newly refurbished, The Eden Brasserie in the basement of the hotel is open to residents, non residents and Country Club members alike. It offers a casual drinking and dining enviroment, and is ideal for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. In the summer months the terrace is an great addittion with plenty of tables for people to sit outside, and a beautiful shaker gazebo.
