Sniff and nibble more than 450 different cheeses of all flavours, shapes and sizes at Britain's biggest cheese market. The Great British Cheese Festival takes place each year at Cardiff Castle and heralds the British Cheese Awards.
Old favourites like Stilton, Lancashire and Wensleydale now sit beside tempting new creations like Kid Me Not and Waterloo. Attend a masterclass on marrying different cheeses with cider, perry, beer and wine or a cheese-making demonstration at The School for Big Cheeses.
Visitors can indulge in a spot of cheese tossing or cheese skittles and pick up chutneys, pickles and other wholesome foods at the Best of British Market.
