A Cardiff Festival highlight, the Cardiff Big Weekend is one of the UK's biggest free outdoor music festivals. Taking place outside the Civic Centre, the event offers top live music and a fairground with family attractions and white knuckle rides.

Music on offer in 2009 includes The Zutons, Third World and Kids In Glass Houses.
