Q: How can I give feedback of my stay?

Q: How can I organise a late check-out?
A: If you need to extend your check-out time, please speak to Reception who will let you know of any additional charges.
 
Q: What are the check-in/out times?
A: Check-in time at all the properties is 2pm and check-out is 11am.  If you are after a late check out please enquire with the hotel directly.
 
Q: Can I cancel direct with the hotel?
A: Provided the booking was made through the hotel, otherwise see "What happens if I need to cancel?"
 
Q: What are the costs if I am staying on my own?
A:

A single supplement may apply - the costs will be shown when checking availability online.

 
Q: What Spa treatments are available in the hotels?
A:

Please have a look at our Health & Beauty Section, Special Spa Offers are always available to book.

 
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Many hotels accept dogs which can stay in your room for £15. If the dog causes any damage or soiling, an additional housekeeping charge may be incurred. Guide dogs are permitted at all hotels
 
Q: What do I do if I have a special request?
A: Every effort will be made to accommodate any special requests that you might have. In some instances, this may not be possible, e.g. booking a designated smoking or non-smoking bedroom cannot always be guaranteed.
 
Q: Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?
A:

Yes a supplement will probably apply - depending on the package you have booked - please enquire directly with the hotel.

 
Q: How can I book an event?
A:

Please contact one of the hotels Events Managers directly, who will be able to help.

 
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A:

Any bookings made online need to be cancelled online, this can be done via our website homepage - Simply choose the hotel you are cancelling in Book A Hotel screen, Click cancel/amend booking & search for your booking using your confirmation number or email address.

 
Q: Is room service available?
A: Yes, Room Service is available in all of our hotels.  A room service delivery charge will apply .  The charge will also apply if you decide to have Breakfast in your room.
 
Q: What are the disabled facilities in the hotels?
A: We endeavour to provide disabled facilities at all our properties. Most hotels have bedrooms for wheelchair users,
 
Q: How can I make a restaurant reservation?
A: You can either contact the Hotel restaurant before your stay or alternatively make your reservation at reception on arrival.
 
Q: What are the car parking costs?
A: Car parking is available when you arrive, subject to availability at most hotels.
Charges may apply, and if you find a car park is full, you will be given directions to the nearest alternative site.
 
Q: Can I book special, discounted corporate, or group rates online?
A:

Up to 5 rooms may be booked online through our booking system, to book larger groups then please contact the hotel or events manager directly.

 
Q: Does Barcelo offer the same rates & availability on the website as at central reservations?
A:

Best Available Rates are available online and via central reservation. Special Advance Purchase rates are available online.

Q: What is on offer at the Health & Leisure Clubs
A: As a guest at the hotel, you  can use all the facilities each club has to offer. There are 18 clubs across the UK, each with a wide range of well kept facilities.
You can typically find the following services open to you:
• Swimming pool
• Gym with cardio-vascular and weight training equipment
• A sauna and a steam room

In addition some clubs also offer hairdressers, tennis courts, treatment rooms, tanning, squash courts, aerobics and yoga studios. All our instructors are fully qualified and can provide you with advice and tuition. So if you’re following a strict regime, there’s no need to lose a day’s training just because you’re away from home

Family Breaks

  • Up to two Children aged 5 and under stay and eat free.
  • Up to two Children aged 6-15 sharing a room with two adults stay free; you'll just need to pay for their meals (and breakfast).
  • Children aged 6-15 in their own room are each charged 50% of the adult rate.
  • Designated family rooms may carry a supplement, please ask at the time of booking.
  • Children under 16 can either eat from the children's menu, or choose half portions from the adult menu and pay half the adult menu price.
  • Should you require a cot, please ask at the time of booking.
