Terms and Conditions - Barceló Rewards Agents
The Barceló Rewards Agents incentive scheme runs from 1st April 2011 until 31st March 2012 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Barceló Hotels Rewards scheme. Booking values cannot be carried over from the previous scheme or to the next scheme and must be claimed by 30th April 2012.

To join the scheme all agencies:

• Must not benefit from any other incentive or override commission agreement with Barceló Hotels and Resorts in the UK.
• Must register online via www.barcelo-hotels.co.uk/rewards or with Barceló Hotels & Resorts Agency Sales, Central Office, PO Box 8510, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 9AY.

Rewards can only be earned on new meeting or event bookings made from 1st April 2011 until 31st March 2012. Accrued points from previous years cannot be carried over to the new scheme. Points must be redeemed by 30th April 2012. Claims made after the date will not be considered.

All registrations must be completed in full and signed in agreement with the terms and conditions.

Rewards are based on the event value excluding VAT. Rewards will be awarded once the event has taken place and Barceló Hotels has received full payment. Rewards are awarded to the agency, not to individuals. Only one representative from each agency/office may join the scheme and claim Rewards. The company may choose to redeem their Rewards once a level is reached or accrue Rewards to the next qualifying level.

Silver and Gold bonus Rewards will be given in shopping vouchers and can only be redeemed once per agency/office between 1st April 2011 to 30th April 2012.

No cash alternative is available and Rewards are non-transferable.

Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All Rewards must be redeemed before 30th April 2012. Agencies may be liable to pay income tax on the Rewards.

The agency will be notified monthly in writing or via email of the achieved reward level and value of bookings.

• Must make all bookings direct with the hotel, via Barceló reservations, www.barcelo-hotels.co.uk or the MeetBarceló team. 
• Must register online via www.barcelo-hotels.co.uk/rewards or with Barceló Hotels & Resorts Corporate Sales, Central Office, PO Box 8510, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 9AY.
