Teddies Staff

All of our staff at Teddies hold relevant childcare and first aid certificates and have many years experience working with children.

All staff are encouraged to attend regular training courses, which are relevant to the children’s environment and development.

We also have an early years advisor who comes to Teddies and assists with ensuring all areas of the curriculum are met.

Children are assigned a key person, who will give regular feedback along with documenting and recording your child’s progress and development.

The staff at Teddies fully believe that a trusting relationship with your child is developed the more we see them. Ideally we recommend a minimum of three sessions a week to help your child enjoy learning, interacting and developing.

Policies
A copy of all policies and procedures can be found on the parent notice board in the main entrance of Teddies. f you would like your own copy of any policies or procedures these can be obtained from the nursery manager.

Security
Security of children is paramount. We have mirrored film on the windows, a buzzer system on the entry door, and additional Barceló Combe Grove Manor Hotel staff are always close by for added security.
