We can locate a DJ/disco for you; our resident DJ and disco costs £300.00

Live music details

We can locate a band for you, whether it be a string quartet or live band, prices starting from £400.00

Cancellation Policy: Client to Confirm final numbers for wedding no later than three working days prior to the wedding. If final numbers are as follows a cancellation charge applies:

12-6 months prior to the Wedding: 5% reduction to the Minimum Guaranteed number.

6-3 months prior: 5% reduction to the Minimum Guaranteed Number or when a 5% reduction as already occured.

3-1 months prior: 5% reduction to Minimum Guaranteed Number or when the number has already been reduced in previous 9 months.

Final numbers are requested 28 days prior to your wedding reception.

Additionally if a Wedding is cancelled the hotel has a right to charge a cancellation charge based on a percentage of the Revenue:


In excess of 6 Months prior to the Wedding: 30% of Revenue

6-12 Months prior to the Wedding: 60% of Revenue

2 Months or less prior to the Wedding: 90% of Revenue

The Hotel will make every effort to re-sell facilities that were to be taken up by the Wedding and in turn a proportional reduction in the cancellation charge would be made if the Hotel was successful.
