We have a long established relationship with a local company who are able to provide a disco for your evening function. With the different age groups within your party you can be assured of a fun packed evening with music to suit all tastes. The first dance as a married couple - just provide us with the artist and the name of the song and we will co-ordinate the rest.

Live music details

If it's a live band you would like then the choice is endless. We have a reputable company who can provide quotes to match your budget . So if it's an Abba tribute or a Ceilidh band we'll make it happen.

Entertainment details

If you're looking for something different then we would be delighted to provide quotes for any type of entertainment such as....... Table magicians, Characaturists, Casino tables, children's entertainers. The list is endless.....just let us know what you are looking for!

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is set out in our current terms and conditions.

You'll be asked to sign a contract with the Barceló Harrogate Majestic Hotel to confirm your booking, but here's some things you might want to know.

- Prior to booking the Registrar we would advise that you reserve your wedding day at the Barceló Harrogate Majestic Hotel to avoid disappointment

- A provisional booking may be placed, subject to availability, and will be held for two weeks.

- To confirm your booking a non - refundable deposit of £500.00 is due immediately. You should have paid at least 50% three months before the date of your wedding. The final balance is due at least four weeks before your wedding.

- Minimum numbers apply to some of the function rooms but we will explain this in full before we ask you to sign a contract.
