WEDDING CHECKLIST

12 Months before:
 · Arrange your ceremony with the vicar/registrar
 · Book the Barceló Shrigley Hall Hotel for your wedding
 · Research the choice of various suppliers including those that have been recommended by the Barceló Shrigley Hall Hotel.

6 Months before:
 · Why not book a mouth watering menu tasting with our Head Chef?
 · Speak to your wedding coordinator about the Barceló Shrigley Hall Hotel hen and stag party packages
 · At this stage you are likely to have numerous questions with regards to your special day so feel free to send weekly/monthly e-mails to your wedding coordinator who will be happy to give guidance on any venue queries.

4 Months before:
 · Liaise and confirm bookings with all of your external suppliers
 · Your wedding coordinator will arrange your final details appointment, at this stage you need to confirm the following:
          · Approximate final numbers
          · Your chosen menu and any drinks package
          · Contact details including fax/e-mail for all on your internal suppliers
          · Timings
          · Entertainment
          · Accommodation
          · Arrangements for the night before
          · Bridal party names
 · You will also receive your 50% invoice.  This will be based on your contracted guest numbers and minimum spends and payment will be due 3 months prior to your wedding day.

3 Months before:
 · You will receive a breakdown of all the details of your wedding day as discussed with your wedding coordinator at your final details meeting.  It is important that you sing and return a copy of this to show you agree with all the plans we are making on your behalf.

2 Months before:
 · You will receive your final invoice.  This will be based on the information given to your wedding coordinator at your final details appointment and payment will be due 1 month prior to your wedding day.

1 Month before:
 · Finalise your seating plan and send a copy to your wedding coordinator
 · Make the final payment.

1 Week before:
 · Confirm definite numbers with your wedding coordinator and ensure any last minute queries are answered.
